Okay little man, I’ve finally got you where I want you.
Now is the time for you to worship and pleasure me.
Well, you’re finally going to get what you desire…. well that may not be true….I don’t know if it will be the fantasy in your head. I intend to lay your cute little ass over the whipping block and wail on it with my crop. What you don’t know is how juicy its making me so you can’t count on me stopping any time soon. This is now all about me. [chuckle] You may get a wee bit more than you wished for.

Doubt that it is Mark Severin, Phil but don’t really know. This FemDom drawings seem a little modern compared to Mark Severin’s work.
I Googled Severin and got nowhere. ????
I found blog posts by Severin in Femdom Forum where he posted two comic book covers one called the Escapists. The forum indicates he is from England.
Ms Christine (Domestic) also indicates that illustrations in some of her stories are by Severin from Hungary. Maybe one and the same.
However, I found on http://www.enjolrasworld.com a reference to a John Severin who had the best cover with the Escapist. Same as above. The plot thickens!!
When I goggled John Severin I got a lengthy write-up on Wikipedia about him and interetingly he was a comic book illustrator. Seems he went over to the dark side or maybe this is his son.
And I think Severin was the submissive poet in Venus in Furs
